Wade is a joint venture with Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris and Atlanta-based Post Properties, Inc. to develop unique destination shopping, dining and service retail for Wade, the neo-traditional community under development at the corner of Interstate 40 and Wade Avenue in Raleigh North Carolina.
Plans for Wade call for a 1.6-acre town square, tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks and pedestrian trails linking retail space with offices, greenspace, condominiums, apartments and single-family homes.
