Circa Development is based in Charleston, South Carolina.They develop commercial properties and residential communities. The communities they design and develop are all-inclusive; they usually include a school, library, restaurants and medical facilities.
Circa wanted a logo that communicated that they were more than just a development company.They wanted to let people know that their properties were designed with a lifestyle in mind, not just a home.
